Strength Training

Are you interested in getting really strong?
Eric Troy of Ground Up Strength told me he is “just a guy who likes to lift heavy things.”
It turns out that’s not exactly true.
He is a highly knowledgeable “guy who likes to lift heavy things.”
Here’s Eric’s definition of strength training:
Training to improve muscular strength and therefore absolute force production. Usually speaks of training movements rather than body parts so muscular force is referring to many muscles working in a coordinated fashion.
Here’s what Eric says: “One of the primary missions for Ground Up Strength is to be for regular people as well. In other words, ANYONE who needs to know about strength training whether it is to get really strong, to get in shape, to improve health or help with pain.”
My goal is to help you improve your posture and feel better with simple movements that you can easily do in bed. Eric is a step or two beyond that.
